Why do you use the term “Need and Supply” to describe the two interlocking systems?

Because the Need-and-Supply model is also fundamental to understanding how people behave and how they organise.

Using a model which is equally applicable to both “soft” people issues and “hard” technical issues allows us to take an integrated approach to solving organisational problems.
