Assume that, instead of cooking a pizza, when the man starts to feel hungry, he sees an advert on the TV for a Nationwide Pizza Delivery company. His perception of the situation may well mean that his strategic goal (a pizza) remains the same. 

However, his strategic process (phone the national call centre of the pizza company) is different. It involves many other groups of people.
