Why are these models not powerful enough?

The Organisational Chart and Process Map both model separate aspects of an organisation. Viewing the different parts does not greatly help in solving either everyday, or complex problems, where the all the different aspects interrelate. 

Nor do these models take into account the NEEDS of the customer that the goods or services are trying to satisfy, nor the external factors such as competitors, trade unions etc
